Rarely have I waited more than 5 minutes (it’s usually more like 2 minutes) to be connected to a customer service representative. Not only that, but in nearly every case the rep has answered my question or taken care of the problem right away. And yes, no matter how experienced you are at dealing with web hosting issues, you will constantly need assistance for one thing or another. So, don’t think that your need will ever go away.
Conclusion
I have tried over 8 different webhosts (all leaders in the hosting industry), and I must conclude that Hostgator Hosting has the ‘best hosting features’ among all these webhosts. Hostgator has given me almost 100% uptime ever since I started hosting with them. They have done absolutely no compromise on the hosting features.
